Our bots are animesh objects in Second Life that connect to a powerful AI service. When a visitor arrives, the bot greets them. When someone speaks to the bot, it understands what they're asking and responds naturally — answering questions about your products, services, or anything else you've configured. All this happens 24/7 without any work from you.

Absolutely. Each bot is configured with a personality profile that matches your space — friendly and casual for clubs, professional for businesses, playful for kid-friendly venues, etc. You can refine this at any time through your dashboard or the configuration notecard.

No! Every bot is delivered fully customized for your space. We handle the technical setup. If you want to make changes later, you can either edit a simple notecard inside the bot, or use your private web dashboard for visual customization.

Yes! All your bots share a single prepaid credit balance, and you can view metrics for each bot individually or see combined stats across all of them in your dashboard.

Most issues are resolved by refreshing the bot (touch it and select "Refresh" from the menu). If that doesn't help, reach out via the contact form on this site or join our in-world group for support. We're a small team and respond personally.

Pricing varies by bot type. MagicDesk starts at L$2,500 for the bot itself, plus prepaid AI conversation credits (which never expire). There are no monthly fees. Contact us for current pricing on MagicGuide and DigiPal as they become available.

Never. Your prepaid AI conversation credits stay on your account until used. If you take a break from Second Life and come back later, your credits are still waiting for you.
